RES: To protect and/or improve residential amenity
What that means: An established residential area. The objective is to protect existing residential amenity as well as to provide housing — which is the objective a neighbour's objection to an overbearing extension is usually argued under.

PPR addresses are geocoded, not surveyed — a sale's position is as good as its address match (`rooftop_n` says how many are address-accurate). Beds, floor area, BER and asking price come from the matched daft.ie advertisement, not from the Register, and only where a match was found (`enriched_n`).

Council items 10 in 24 months
- To ask the Manager how many parking fines have been issued in Palmerstown Fonthill in the previous 12 months and to break it down into fines issued at designated pay & display areas and fines outside of pay & display areas.
- Councillor Vincent Jackson To ask the Executive Manager to ask DCC Road Engineers to look again the mental situation that is Claddagh Green, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 outside Claddagh Court and family homes on Claddagh Green with illegal street parking. It is a free for all and despite bringing this up on many occasions no tangible efforts are made to address
- Do the council have a visual mock-up and timeline for the planned accessibility upgrade to the Ballyowen Park entrance at Lucan/ Newlands Road, and will it resemble the impressive park entrance enhancements on Griffeen Avenue?
- COUNCILLOR VINCENT JACKSON To ask the Chief Executive to please arrange that I be furnished with the following details supplied.
- To ask the manager for a list of the outstanding pothole repairs still to be completed in Palmerstown Fonthill with a corresponding date for expected completion.
- To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the audit of public lighting performed in Woodfarm Acres estate in January 2026 and if he will make a statement on the matter
- Councillor Daithí Doolan To ask the Executive Manager, in noting that St. Setons Secondary School is on two separate sites in Ballyfermot, one on Le Fanu Road and the other in Convent Lawns off Kylemore Road, causing difficulties for staff moving between the two sites, will DCC install a filter light allowing cars turn right at the junction of Le Fanu Road and Kylemore Road?
- Councillor Vincent Jackson To ask the Executive Manager to ask the Road Engineer to please come up to Ballyfermot to attend an onsite meeting to witness the serious problem of parking at corners, dishing’s at footpaths all provided to assist people with mobility issues, large vans permanently left on footpaths used as stores. There appears to be no rules
- AILG Annual Training Conference 2026 - 22nd and 23rd April 2026 - Hotel Minella, Coleville Road, Raheen, Clonmel Co. Tipperary
