Public open space extending to 4,700 sq.m in three landscape areas, including an extension of the existing open space to the east of The Lawn Ledwill Park by 800 sq.m. 4. A communal open space of 400 sq.m centrally located on the site. 5. An extension of Ledwill Avenue from the Ledwill Park estate to the eastern boundary of the site over a distance of 58 m to facilitate access to the site and to provide a future connection to lands to the east. 6. Vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access from Ledwill Estate from The Court Ledwill Park, The Lawn Ledwill Park, The Avenue Ledwill Park and The Way Ledwill Park. 7. Pedestrian and cycle access, and access to in-curtilage car parking spaces for 6 no. dwellings from The Court Ledwill Park. 8. All associated and ancillary infrastructure including surface water drainage, foul water drainage and water supply; bin storage; internal streets; utilities; public lighting; landscaping; boundary treatments; and, all ancillary development and works. 9. The proposed development will be constructed in three phases. The LRD application contains a statement setting out how the proposal will be consistent with the objectives of the Kildare County Development Plan 2023-2029.
