The residential mix will comprise 92 no. houses (19 no. 2-bed, 67 no. 3-bed and 6 no. 4-bed) and 24 no. apartments (24 no. 1-bed). The development will include 2 no., 4-storey apartment blocks. Housing units will range from 2 to 2 ½ storeys in height and include a mix of semi-detached and terraced dwellings. The crèche will be a single-storey stand-alone building (c. 151 sq.m), with associated open space, car parking and a dedicated set-down area. All residential units will be provided with private amenity space in the form of balconies or gardens. The development will also include public open spaces including a public park located to the north of the site.
