VI. the provision of 734 bicycle parking spaces, including 472 residents bicycle parking spaces and 262 visitor cycle spaces. VII. vehicular access is proposed via 3 access points including the existing Kingswood roundabout on Citywest Avenue to the north, The Walk to the west and from the park and ride access road at the eastern end of the site. Dedicated pedestrian/cyclist links are proposed throughout the site. VIII. ESB substation, 3 x ESB kiosks, rooftop solar photovoltaics, landscaping and all ancillary site and development works
