Woodtown Development

The development will consist of the following residential and creche uses: (1) 452 no. dwellings consisting of: 68 no. two storey houses (4 no. 4 bedroom detached houses, 24 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, 40 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses); 184 no. 2 split level 2 and 3 storey houses (22 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, 44 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses, 92 no. 3 bedroom mid terrace townhouses and 26 no. 4 bedroom end of terrace townhouses); 19 no. 2 bedroom apartment units in 2 no. three storey blocks; 110 no. apartment/duplex units in 14 no. three storey blocks (55 no. 3 bed duplex units over 55 no. two bedroom ground floor apartments; (2) 120 no. communal residential car parking spaces; (3) 2 no. two storey creches of 350sq.m. each, each with 15 no. car spaces. The proposal also includes: 4 no vehicular accesses from a district distributor road recently granted (An Bord Pleanala Ref. PLO6S.202652), via two adjoining residential planning permissions; all associated site development works including foul, surface water and water supply connections and landscaping works. An Environmental Impact Statement has been submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
