What’s proposed

Permission for the construction of extensions to the existing Knockrea House. Consisting of a 2-storey extension to the north, a part 2-storey and part 3-storey extension to the south and a single-storey roofed external space extension to the west, external stairs and landings, elevational alterations and internal alterations, the construction of a 3-storey garage/storage building, a courtyard, landscaping and all associated ancillary site works. (The proposed works will not affect the existing stone entrance and gates at Knockrea which are a protected structure PS 516)
