What’s proposed

The development will also include the demolition of all structures on site, including the demolition of a habitable house, with the exception of part of the southern facade of the existing factory unit which incorporates a Protected Structure (RPS 3202), 179 no car parking spaces, loading bays, a covered pedestrian walkway, cycle racks, upgraded existing vehicular accesses from the Upper Strand Road, new internal vehicular accesses off the internal public road (to 7.5m), the diversion of existing surface water culvert on site, 2 no attenuation tanks, all signage, and all associated site development adn landscaping works
