What’s proposed

Works to Vickerys Inn Complex to provide the following: one retail unit to ground floor, one retail/café unit to ground and first floors and one office unit to remainder of first floor and entirety of second floor. The development includes the following works: (i) Demolition and removal of all rear extensions/annexes whilst retaining the main three storey terrace building, (ii) Demolition of detached 2 storey domestic unit and detached shed in rear yard, (iii) Construction of new extension to rear of main building - part 3 storey, part 2 storey and part single storey, (iv) All relevant changes of use for the provision of the three units as indicated, (v) Minor changes to front elevation to include relocation of existing single door into one retail unit to be replaced by double door within existing adjoining window and other minor fenestration changes, (vi) Installation of alternative signage to front elevation, in lieu of existing and (vii) All associated site works.
