What’s proposed

The development will comprise of external alterations to the existing single storey 2 bedroom house, a new front entrance porch and a single storey garage/storage shed. The alterations to the house include changing windows in the south façade to a bifold door and double doors, the removal of the existing chimney on the south façade, a new zinc clad entrance porch to replace the existing main entrance, a new roof over the existing rear courtyard, new roof lights to existing pitched roofs at front, side and rear. It will also include a new full height window and bifold doors to the North façade. The development will include all associated landscaping, ancillary works, services and site works
