What’s proposed

I , Ronan Cahill, intends to apply for permission for change of use, from the existing Dental Clinic use to residential use at this site,108 St. Mobhi Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, D09 H3F8. There will be no changes to the structure of the existing building, with the proposal relating solely to a change of use from dental clinic use to residential use. The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Dublin City Council, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8, D08 RF3F, during its public opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority on payment of the prescribed fee within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the Planning Authority of the application
