What’s proposed

The proposed work will include the installation of a new roller shutter on the south-east facing façade, a new stairwell to the proposed L01 extension with a proposed entrance to same on the north east facing elevation at ground floor level to the side of the property. The unit is owner-occupied and used as storage, workshop and parking of vehicle, we intend to continue using it at various times throughout the day during normal working hours, 8 am to 6pm, the loudest machine we are currently using on the premises is no greater than 60db.
