(iv) Electrical Switch Room and ESB Sub-Station Building constructed in Phase 1, with a floor area of 37 sqm and maximum height to roof parapet of approximately 2.965m; (v) a Security Office Building constructed in Phase 1, with floor area of 63 sqm and maximum height to roof parapet of approximately 4.965m; (vi) a Sprinkler Pump House constructed in Phase 1, with floor area of 40 sqm and maximum height to parapet of approximately 4.21m with associated Sprinkler Water Tank; (vii) a Waste Water Pre-Treatment Plant, with 1 no. associated storage tank constructed in Phase 1 and a second associated storage tank constructed in Phase 2; (viii) Utilities and Services Yard (ix) Site infrastructure works (x) Site boundary fencing and site landscaping; (xi) A temporary contractor’s compound and parking area for the duration of the construction works.
