What’s proposed

The development consists of (a) retention planning permission to retain elevational changes made to the building and retain an extension at first floor level to create an enclosed fire escape route, (b) retention planning permission to retain a single storey storage building at the rear of the property, (c) permission to demolish a section of the roof and walls of the building at first floor level at the rear of the building and permission to demolish 2 external stairs, and (d) permission to construct a partially enclosed beer garden at first floor level to replace those works being demolished, permission for a 13 square meter floor area extension which will form part of the proposed beer garden over the existing enclosed courtyard, permission for a new external fire escape stairs and permission for all associated works relating to the proposed development
