• Demolition of an existing single storey timber building to the north-east of the site. • Development of a new single storey ‘Tigin’ building, comprising a multi-use space for small events, ancillary storage, kitchenette and W/C facilities, providing a total gross floor space of 147sqm, with the proposed ‘Tigin’ to be used be used for ancillary purposes to complement the existing facilities in the main hotel building • The proposed development includes all associated and ancillary works including landscaping and infrastructure works
