No.’s 22/1002 and 25/60814. Works to include the provision of: i) The main hotel entrance foyer, reception areas, and ancillary facilities; ii) 5 no. twin/double hotel bedrooms with en suites at first floor level; iii) associated internal and external alterations to the building; iv) new shopfronts, signage, and canopy to the eastern façade; and v) all associated site development works.
