What’s proposed

(i) Minor amendments to the previously granted houses at 12, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 19 The Park (C1, C2, F1 and F2 types) consisting of changes to the previously approved canopies to the front elevations of those houses, and the addition of a canopy over the first floor dormer windows to the front elevations to houses 16, 17, 18 and 19; (ii) The replacement of house No. 15 The Park (three bedroom two storey house) with a two bedroom bungalow (L type) as required by condition No. 2(b) of the original planning permission granted by An Bord Pleanála (PL 09.247909); and (iii) Retention permission and completion is also sought for amendments to houses 40, 41 and 42 The Avenue (G and G1 type terraced houses) consisting of the removal of the shared access passage to the rear of house 41, and for the change of ground floor plans and the addition of a canopy over the front doors of houses 40, 41 and 42 The Avenue. The houses the subject matter of this application were originally granted planning permission under PL 09.247909 (KCC Ref. 16/282) on this site
