What’s proposed

development to Protected Structure: KCC Protected Structure Ref: B11-116. Proposed works to include: (a) Retention sought for 20th Century Extensions to Protected Structure: 1 x sunroom to eastern gable, 2 x conservatories to rear and utility room to rear. (b) New public sewage connection for all new and existing sewage, into existing public sewage system. (c) Erection of new boundary fence with beech tree planting to rear of property along new boundary line. (d) Change of use of existing house, Protected Structure Ref: B11-116 from residential to Boutique Hotel with six en-suite double guest bedrooms; function area; kitchen; dining and reception area. (e) Limited, sensitive restoration and renovation of existing main house internally and externally to accommodate new use. (f) Construction of new two storey extension to rear (north) elevation of Protected Structure to accommodate owner’s family. (g) Diversion of existing driveway and parking area from the front elevation of the Protected Structure to new parking area east of property, in adjacent field. Creation of new formal (car free) hardscaped forecourt to Protected Structure. (h) All other associated site works
