The minor realignment of Road 8 fronting units 17-20. Permission was granted on the above lands under An Coimisiún Pleanála Ref. No. PL-500013-KE (Planning Ref 25/60274), and forms part of the previously permitted residential development. The proposed development includes all associated site development works, connections to existing services and ancillary works
