retain the demolition of annex to the rear of dwelling house and construction of a new two storey with single storey element extension to the rear and planning permission to demolish existing southern boundary wall of the site to widen the access along the cul-de-sac to the rear of the properties and construct a new 2.4m high boundary wall including two new entrances, also demolish existing workshop and construct a replacement workshop and storage area along the western boundary, also close existing entrance on the cul-de-sac and all associated and necessary site works
