What’s proposed

carry out development to a protected structure in an ACA consisting 1) demolishing a storage shed, removing existing toilet block to the rear, 2) altering and making opes to interior of tea room area to comply with fire safety guidelines, 3) constructing a new restaurant, kitchen, storage area, 4) converting office space to toilets, 5) constructing a two storey extension to the northern side of the building to accommodate toilet block on the ground floor and linen press and bathroom on the 1st floor, 6) change uses of 1st floor residential to commercial and alter the layout of the bedrooms to accommodate bathrooms, 7) construct a new flat roofed extension to the rear of the main building to accommodate a bedroom, bathroom, lobby and, new fire escape, 8) raise roof over the keg store to allow space for a plant room and all associated and necessary siteworks at Morressys's, Main Street, Knocknamoe, Abbeyleix, Co.
