RA/180561) in the adjoining phase of the Castle Farm development. Access to the development will be via the constructed access road to Castle Farm, directly off Station Road. The proposed development also provides for all associated site development works, above & below ground, public and communal open spaces, including hard & soft landscaping and boundary treatments, car & bicycle parking, bin stores, public lighting etc. The effect of the proposed development will result in a modification to an extant permission under Ref.
