Conservation and repair work to existing Fabric, Windows, and replacement where necessary. Conservation and repair work to Roof, gutters, facias/ soffits & Chimneys where required. Upgrading of Mechanical & Electrical services. Upgrading of external area to front/rear of Library, including, Lighting, signage & soft Landscaping. All associated ancillary works required to carry out above works
