What’s proposed

A total gross site area of 0.92 hectares, comprising of: • 31 no. dwellings, consisting of 6 no. 1 bed units; 6 no. 2 bed units; 12 no. 3 bed units and 7 no. 4 bed units. All proposed dwellings are two & three storeys in height. The 1 no. bed units are located in 3 no. blocks in a maisonette arrangement; • 50 no. surface car parking spaces, in addition to 52 bicycle parking spaces (36 no. long-stay & 16 short stay spaces) •Public open space area totalling 1,422 sq.m or 16.4% of the net site area; • 1 no. new vehicular access to link with an existing link road to the east of and connected to Orchard Road, and partial removal of existing boundary wall at proposed entrance. • Infrastructure works to serve the proposed development to include the internal road network, ESB substation, public lighting, site stormwater & drainage infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatment, and all ancillary site services and development works above and below ground.
