1) change of use from offices to residential, 2) reconfiguration of internal rooms of both floors of the protected structure, 3) replacement of the non original aluminium windows with traditional timber sash windows on the front elevation of the building, 4) alteration and addition of window opes to the rear portion of the building and replacement of all windows, 5) additional of three rooflights to the rear portion of the building, 6) raising the flat roof of the rear portion of the building by 400 mm to allow for a shallow pitch, 7) removal of an existing 1970's toilet block with the courtyard of the existing building, 8) reinstatement of garden boundary wall, side access gate and all associated site works to facilitate the works on and under the lands - protected structure
