What’s proposed

(1) a single storey extension, to the front (west) of the existing hospital, accommodating 6 no. ophthalmology clinic rooms, 4 no. ophthalmology treatment rooms and associated support accommodation; (2) a new main entrance lobby, to the front (west) of the existing hospital; (3) a new carpark, to the west of the hospital campus, providing 52 new car park spaces; (4) a new car park, to the east of the hospital campus, providing 47 new car park spaces; (5) alterations to set down area; (6). a new pedestrian cycle path, bicycle shelter, retaining wall and landscaping; (7) alterations to access road to CNU; (8) a new access ramp to existing hospital; (9) a new enclosure for tanks; (10) a new service yard with associated access road; (11) 2 no. attenuation tanks; (12) new public lighting along with all associated ancillary site services (Protected Structure Ref 121)
