16th century graveslab in chapel of St. Nicholas (Arthur Chapel) St. Mary's Cathedral (LI005-017015-) described in the Urban Survey of Limerick (Bradley et. al. 1989, 319) as following; ‘Andrew Creagh. Post 1543. Rectangular black fossiliferous limestone slab is in the chapel of St. Nicholas (Arthur). The lower half has a Gothic lettered inscription in deep false relief: HIC IACET MAGISTER/ ANDREAS CREAGH/ H QUONDAM/ ISTIUS ECLESIE/ DECANUS Dims: L. 1.72m W. 0.89m (Talbot 1976, 22-3)'.
