The proposed changes will increase the total number of apartments from 80 no. units to 86 no. units. A recessed balcony has been provided to each of the proposed apartments. Minor modifications are to be made to the elevations at ground floor level only. There are no changes proposed to the height of the building. All with associated site works, bin and bicycle storage
