A total of 190 no. bicycle parking spaces are provided at ground floor level to serve the development, including 2 no. resident bicycle stores comprising a total of 138 no. cycle spaces and 4 no. visitor bicycle parking areas at surface level comprising a total of 50 no. cycle spaces. The proposed development also includes: (ii) the provision of 1 no. commercial / retail unit (214.85 sq.m) at ground floor level with 2 no. staff cycle spaces provided internally; and (iii) associated site and infrastructural works which include; foul and surface water drainage; the provision of solar panels at the upper roof level; lighting; landscaping; boundary treatments; plant rooms; signage; footpaths and internal hard and soft landscaping; bin storage; and all associated site development works. (b) Retention permission is also sought for; (i) the demolition of the previously existing, pitched roof, derelict structure on site known as Cookstown House (88.4 sq.m)
