Provide further reinforcement to existing ground floor ceiling. Provide lime plaster ceilings with paint finish to upper floors. 4. Openings: Open up 3 no. historic window opes on rear elevation and provide new one over one double glazed windows. Repair front one over one windows, retaining the existing glazing where possible
