What’s proposed

Cormac Fitzgerald and Sabrina Marti are seeking Planning Permission for works at 6 Great Western Avenue, Dublin 7, D07K278. The works will consist of; (A) a rear ground floor extension comprising additional kitchen and dining space; (B) the provision of a rear first floor bedroom and bathroom extension; (C) the adaptation of the main existing hipped roof to form a traditional gabled arrangement together with the construction of a rear dormer to enable provision of a converted attic space; (D) the provision of a new proposed first floor gable window to provide light and ventilation to existing stairwell; (F) the demolition of an existing garage at the bottom of the garden to be replaced with new garden room structure with window onto street from side elevation; (G) repositioning of side garden gate; (H) the works are to be carried out in conjunction with all associated and necessary internal alterations, modifications and external site works as indicated on the submitted drawings
