PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Development at No.19 Leeson Park, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, D06X5Y0 (This building is a Protected Structure, No.4329) and at No.20 Leeson Park, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, D06DE76 (This building is a Protected Structure, No.4330). The development to No.19 will consist of (1) the demolition of the existing ground floor rear extension and the construction of a rear single storey ground floor kitchen / dining extension of 40sqm with associated internal modifications and reconfiguration of the lower ground floor level layout including a new insulated floor slab throughout; (2) Internal layout modifications to upper ground floor, second floor and third floor (3) the insertion of a lift (4) Restoration of, and new glazing, to existing original timber windows (5) the replacement of non-original pvc windows with new timber windows (6) all with associated mechanical, electrical, landscape and drainage works. The development to No.20 will consist of (A) the demolition of the existing ground floor rear extension and the construction of a rear single storey ground floor kitchen / dining extension of 48sqm with associated internal modifications and reconfiguration of the lower ground floor level layout including a new insulated floor slab throughout; (B) Removal of non-original first floor rear extension (C) Internal layout modifications to upper ground floor, second floor and third floor (D) the removal of existing lift and insertion of a new lift (D) Restoration of, and new glazing, to existing original timber windows (E) the replacement of non-original pvc windows with new timber windows (F) A new driveway entrance and position, and associated boundary railings alterations (G) all with associated mechanical, electrical, landscape and drainage works. ______________________________________________________________________________
