What’s proposed

modifications to the previously granted residential development under Planning Reg. Ref. 22/1135 and ABP Ref. ABP-316854-23, consisting of following: (i) Proposed change of 3 no. 3-bedroom semi-detached units, 1 no. 4-bedroom semi-detached unit and 1 no. 4-bedroom detached unit to 4 no. 3-bedroom terraced units, 1 no. 2-bedroom semi-detached unit and 1 no. 3-bedroom semi-detached unit, located on the north-eastern side of the site. (ii) Proposed change of 2 no. 4-bedroom semi-detached units and 2 no. 3-bedroom semi-detached units to 2 no. 3-bedroom semi-detached units and 3 no. 3-bedroom terraced units, located on the north-western side of the site. (iii) Proposed modifications to the layout and elevations of 4 no. 3-bedroom semi-detached units, located on the southern side of the site; Proposed change of 1 no. 2-storey 4-bedroom detached house to 2 no. 2-storey 2-bedroom semi-detached houses, located on the southern side of the site. (iv) Proposed modifications will increase the total number of residential units from the permitted 34 no. units to 37 no. units; All with associated site works, drainage, private open space/rear gardens, driveways & car parking. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) accompanies this application and will be available for inspection at the offices of the Planning Authority
