What’s proposed

The development consists of; a) the retention of one (x1) bed apartment unit labelled Apartment 1a, and the retention of a studio unit labelled 2a, b) these units are located at first floor level of the existing building, accessed by an existing door at ground level, c) For Apartment 1a – (i) the installation of a balcony with supporting columns to ground level. To be located in the same location as a balcony granted under a previous planning application (ref. no. 17/779), (ii) new door ope onto said balcony, (iii) internal remodelling works, d) For Studio 2a – (i) extending the unit internally over the existing stairs to facilitate the installation of a loggia balcony, (ii) remove window frame and widen existing window ope for said loggia balcony on the front elevation, (iii) internal remodelling works, e) all existing alterations, internal modifications and all existing associated site works
