To facilitate the proposed development Retention permission is sought for the c.0.2 ha of previously installed aggregate hardstanding (temporarily used for overflow vehicle storage, but not in use at this time) and Permission for ancillary and enabling works include: a. Provision of an area of new aggregate hardstanding of c.0.9ha (which in conjunction with the retained c.0.2ha will form a total area of c.1.1ha permeable aggregate hardstanding for car/vehicle storage) b. Erection of 2m high paladin security fencing to new site, c. Provision of a 0.5m high earth berm, landscaped with a mix of native deciduous and coniferous screen planting to new site, d.
