The development will consist of the retention (apart from at ground floor level) and Alteration of the existing part-3 and part-4 storey front (south) façade and the demolition of the structures behind (total 928 sqm); and the construction of: a part-4 and part-5-storey apartment building (with set-backs at first, third and fourth floor levels) (increasing the height of the existing structures by 1 storey at Nos. 30-31 and 1 and part-2 storeys at No.29), to accommodate 9 No. apartments (1 No. 1-bed unit and 8 No. 2-bed units) behind the retained front (south) façade including a new façade at ground floor level and alterations to existing opes; and a single storey structure to the rear of the development (84 sq m) to accommodate plant, waste storage areas, storage spaces and bicycle parking. The total gross floor area of the proposed development is 1,041 sq m. pedestrian and bicycle access to the scheme will be from the Coombe.
