Upgrade of the basement ceiling from above to provide 60-minute fire compartmentation. Installation of a domestic sprinkler system heads, pipework and tank at ground floor level and installation of a structural support platform with simple steel posts through to the basement level. Construction of a fire rated wall to separate the basement are from the ground floor level and fire stopping works under an existing wall at second floor level and to top of party walls in attic space to maintain fire separation. Upgrade works to provide a shared shower room for the dwelling
